This Pancakes are Vegan and Gluten Free.
Easy to make, fluffy and yummy!
The quantity of brown sugar can vary according to everyone’s taste. I used just a few teaspoons of sugar, since I ate them with honey (non vegan). Alternatives, agave nectar or maple syrup for vegans.
Moreover, to make them fluffy I added one mushed banana, but it can work also without.
To make them Gluten Free, I used the chickpea flour, but everyone can use their favourite GF mix. There are many types of GF flours on the market that you can try. I also added one spoon of vegetable oil to the mixture.
