RAW-VEGAN, STRAWBERRY, WALNUT CAKE…
Yesterday, I had the instinct to prepare this Raw Cake since I didn’t eat something like this in a while. I didn’t use a specific recipe, so if you want to be sure it comes out perfectly, it’s better to find one on the internet (there are many).
For the base, I used lots of walnuts, flax-seed flour, sunflower seeds and raisins, but you can also use dates.
For the Filling, I used coconut cream to which I added 4 big strawberries, 4 TB of sugar and 3 teaspoons of raw coconut oil.
For the Topping you can decide what you fancy more. The fruits are always a perfect choice. I refrigerated for 4 hours before I tried it, but you may need even less time.
Since it’s raw, would be better to be stored in the fridge!
